Image Comparison
With duplicate photos, seeing is believing. The image comparison panel shows an entire duplicate group as thumbnails at once, so you can confirm the match with your own eyes - and decide which copy to keep - without opening a single file.
Select any duplicate photo in the results report and the panel fills with every member of its group. Each thumbnail is captioned with its file name, and hovering over one reveals the full path, image dimensions, file size, date taken, and camera - all the detail you need to tell near-identical shots apart. Drag the size slider to scale the thumbnails anywhere from a compact strip to a full grid of large previews.
Selection stays in step with the report in both directions, and each thumbnail carries its own checkbox for marking duplicates as you review. Better still, right-click the photo you want to keep and choose Mark All Others in Group - the keeper survives and every other copy is marked for processing in one stroke.
Thumbnails are drawn in the background using Windows imaging, so every format with an installed codec is supported - including HEIC and camera RAW files. Anything without a thumbnail simply shows its file type icon, keeping the panel useful for duplicate groups of any kind.
